Based on the high number of freeze/thaw cycles with an excellent survival rate for fertilized eggs (PN; 96%) and embryos (98%), the FCH was the first center in Germany to be awarded the "Kitazato Best Practice Award".

The D·I·R (Deutsches IVF Register) currently has 140 member centers. This yearbook contains information on the 2021 treatment cycles (cycle outcomes and births) and the 2022 treatment cycles (cycle outcomes) from all 140 centers.
